Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails and online chat and respond accordingly, including the ability to prioritize responses
  • Provide customers with product information
  • Guide customers through order process and enter orders in computer system
  • Suggest related items/upsell when appropriate
  • Identify, research, and troubleshoot customer issues using given resources
  • Track order delivery status and obtain feedback from customers upon product delivery
  • Communicate with key vendor contacts as needed to resolve client issues and obtain answers to general questions
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
  • Must be able to adhere to an assigned 9-6 Monday -- Friday work schedule; must be dependable and punctual
 
Requirements

  • Proven track record of prior customer service, e-commerce and/or call center experience
  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook and order entry
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers and internal organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and decision making skills
  • Must be able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment

We are now hiring for a Customer Service specialist position. 

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates who are interested in a long-term career in a fast paced and challenging environment with room to grow. In this position, you will play a vital role in the Customer Service function of the company.

Would be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, working with carriers and vendors to resolve concerns. Respond to any claims submitted by customers. During this process, analyzing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.

 
Requirements
  • 3 - 4 years Customer Service Experience in ecommerce
  • Able to commute to Miramar, FL location
  • M-F 9 am - 6 pm (1 hour lunch)

Senior Buyer/Category Manager - Miramar, FL (Job Code: MERMAN)
 
Job Description
  • Develop and maintain a vendor network to ensure effective vendor relationships to source appropriate products 
  • Maintain vendor and product knowledge base for use by other departments. Become an excellent resource for the Company as related to vendors and products 
  • Conduct business and industry research to continuously improve efficiencies, reduce cost and enhance product value to customers.
  • Perform advanced data analysis; interpret data trends and create actionable recommendations based on findings. Make fact-based recommendations to leadership through data analysis. 
  • Negotiate the best possible product costs and most favorable payment terms 
  • Produce high-quality product catalogs / databases 
  • Monitor day-to-day fulfillment and vendor management activities & resolve vendor and product problems timely and with favorable results 
  • Continually evaluate the service levels, product quality and financial stability of the vendors
 
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ experience in merchandising & vendor development with proven ability to execute product marketing programs with vendors
  • Experience in retail industry dealing with a wide portfolio of products and a large vendor base (100+) is mandatory. Online retail experience and exposure to Home category of products is desirable. 
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) & statistics will be advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, vendors, and supply chain partners and influence their key leaders
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and reliably get things done on-time
  • Superior negotiating skills & strong leadership skills; must be able to lead and manage cross-functional and project teams
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
