Do you drop ship or have a warehouse?
We primarily drop ship, but do warehouse some items after developing a sales history with the vendor.

Do you use your own shipping method or require the use of ours?
We typically use our own FedEx account for parcel and LTL. This will be provided to you as part of the onboarding process.
Do you require any special packaging or labeling?
Nothing is required, but we would appreciate it if you could use our packing slip. We’ll provide the template during the onboarding process.
How do you transmit orders?
We are EDI capable, however, we typically hold off on EDI integration until both of us are comfortable with sales levels. Until then, we send email notifications when orders are received and orders can be downloaded in a flat file format from our portal.
Are there fees when working with OJCommerce?
No. OJCommerce doesn't take a percentage of our partners’ sales like other traditional e-commerce retailers. We operate on the wholesale cost model, meaning we pay our partners the wholesale cost of their items, and we set the retail price.
Do partners pay for shipping?
No. OJCommerce operates on the dropship model, so we send the customer order to your warehouse, then you pick, pack, and prepare to send the product directly to the end customer. OJCommerce arranges and pays for 100% of the ship cost.
What is the timeline for getting my products on-site?
A dedicated onboarding team is easily accessible and ready to assist you every step of the way. The setup process can take as little as two weeks, and partners can begin seeing sales within a month.
